This Is The Pope And I’m Listening

Just like Frasier Crane on the 90’s TV show, Pope Francis, along with the whole church, is listening. Listening to one another’s experiences. Listening for the call of the Holy Spirit. The 2-year Synodal (sin-AH-dle) process is at the parish stage around the world, and our parishes will be taking part next month. We have set aside the weekend of March 19 and 20 for Listening Sessions in each parish. On the morning of March 19 there will be a listening session at St Leonard. In the afternoon of March 20 there will be a listening session at St Frances.

Our councils are currently narrowing down the areas of focus and questions for each parish and we’ll get those out to you in advance so that you can pray about them and reflect on them.
